Are these product photos real?
Yes. Every product image is a real studio photograph of the actual jewellery on a dark green background, not AI. Slight colour differences can still happen because of screen settings or lighting, and we’re always honest about that.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD)?
At the moment, Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available. We currently accept prepaid orders only through secure payment methods such as UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and digital wallets. This helps us process orders faster and keep payments secure.
What are the shipping charges?
We offer FREE shipping across India on all prepaid orders above ₹499.
For orders below ₹499, a standard shipping charge will be applied at checkout.
All applicable shipping charges will be clearly displayed during checkout before you complete your purchase. There are no hidden charges.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days. Delivery timelines may vary depending on your location, but most orders are delivered within 3 to 7 business days across India.
Once your order is shipped, tracking details will be shared via SMS and Email.
Can I return my order?
Yes. You can request a return within 3 days of receiving your order, provided the jewellery is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all original packaging and tags intact.
To initiate a return, simply contact us on WhatsApp with your Order ID.
What if I don’t like the design or want a different product?
We understand that choosing jewellery online can sometimes be difficult. If the design does not meet your expectations or you’d prefer a different style, we’re here to help.
You can request a return or exchange within 3 days of delivery, provided the jewellery is unused, unworn, and returned in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
For Exchanges
- You may exchange your product for another design (subject to availability).
- Any price difference will be adjusted accordingly.
- No shipping charges will be deducted for approved exchanges.
For Returns
- If you choose a refund instead of an exchange, a flat ₹99 shipping and handling charge will be deducted from your refund amount, even if your original order qualified for free shipping (orders above ₹499).
- This charge covers the logistics and return handling costs involved in processing your return.
